Jeep-Jeep
Well as usual I am going to start my nightly binge blogging. It has been a while since I have posted anything I will try to get caught up. Addi got a new Jeep walker for her "belated" christmas gift from her daddy and I, she loves it! It is hilarious to watch her in it. She goes backwards and forwards and drives it for real. She likes to find the t.v. and then talk to the people on the screen. Actual it is more like scream at the people on the screen. She is becoming quite a character as she is growing on along. She has recently decided that she likes to crawl but only on the bed and couch not on the floor like normal children. Go figure. The other day I set her in her crib to play while I hung up her laundry and put it in the closet and to my amazement when I turned around there she was standing up holding on to the bed rail. After my near heart attack, I went over and gave her good praise for a job well done. Boy do I have my hands full! I need to look into getting those eyes placed in the back on my head. Hopefully it isn't too expensive. She is just growing on along. We went for our 6 month check up earlier this month and she is a healthy girl. She was 17.6lbs and 26.5 inches long. Her wardrobe is scattered, it is funny to me because even though she is 6 months old she can still get into her 3-6month onsies but she needs 12month jeans for them to be long enough.
Here is the jeep driving "addison style."
Highchair Days
She is now sitting in her highchair to chow down at meals and she is one heck of a show girl. The other day we were giggling while she was eating and she would take a bite and I would laugh and then she would laugh and then I would laugh and she would laugh and then she would take another bite. This went on and on, almost the entire time she was eating. It was a good moment. She has also started making bigger messes when she eats and so obviously Baylor is stuck like a magnet to her highchair. Peas are not her fav but in order to get a well balanced pureed diet we include them. Well she figured out that she could put her hand over the side of her highchair and when it comes back it is clean. A babies best friend is no doubt a pea loving pup. Baylor and Addison will get along infamously as the battle for veggies gets more intense. As for now I take pictures of this unruly behavior and think that it is cute. My tune will change one day, I promise. Here are a few pics from the high chair/pea time we share.
Daddy Time
Daddy doesn't get to spend much time with her while he is working so we make the best of the time when they are both awake at the same time and here are a few dazzling half naked early morning shots of my tired babes.
